Tim Holtermann

Vice President of Engineering and Drafting

As Vice President of Engineering and Drafting, Tim coordinates with the client and CSC team to convert the client’s project requirements into shop fabrication documents. This includes the coordination of all joist and deck facilities, as well as other external resources.

Tim has worked for CSC for more than 30 years, starting as a design engineer and working in various other roles including Senior Engineer, Chief Engineer, and Engineering Manager. He is actively involved with the Steel Joist Institute, currently serving on the board. Tim enjoys using his knowledge and expertise about our products to help engineers and customers accomplish their visions.

Tim earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering from Purdue University and is an avid Purdue sports fan. He is a licensed Professional and Structural Engineer in multiple states.
