Tamara Clark is the Senior Director of Human Resources at CSC, where she leads a dynamic team dedicated to fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. With over 16 years of experience in HR management, Tamara has a proven track record of implementing innovative HR strategies that align with organizational goals and drive employee engagement.

Tamara holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Western Kentucky University and a master’s degree in human resource management from Walden University. Additionally, she is certified HR professional (SHRM-CP) through the Society of Human Resources Management. Her expertise spans across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. She is passionate about providing employees with learning and growth opportunities.

Throughout her career, Tamara has been recognized for her strategic vision and ability to build strong, collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization. She is committed to continuous learning and development, both for herself and her team, ensuring that CSC remains a leader in the industry.

In her spare time, Tamara enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, kayaking and riding ATVs. Additionally, she volunteers with local non-profits and is a member of the board of directors for her local industrial foundation.
