As Chief Financial Officer of CSC, Sean leads the company’s financial strategy, planning, and operations. He brings extensive experience in financial leadership across both publicly traded and private equity-backed organizations, with a focus on operational excellence, strategic growth, and value creation.

Before joining CSC, Sean spent nearly 20 years with Lockheed Martin, where he held several leadership roles across the IT services group, corporate headquarters, and the space division. His most recent role at Lockheed Martin was Vice President of Finance & Business Operations for the space business. He later served as Chief Financial Officer for CAES, a leading aerospace and defense company, guiding it through a successful sale to Veritas Capital and Honeywell, and subsequently supported post-acquisition integration at Honeywell.

Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech and an MBA from George Washington University.
