Tamara holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Western Kentucky University and a master’s degree in human resource management from Walden University. Additionally, she is certified HR professional (SHRM-CP) through the Society of Human Resources Management. Her expertise spans across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
